Did you know that water can enter a building through a hole that is less than a quarter of an inch? If a 3500 square foot roof has one square foot of installation problems, there is a potential for 2304 leaks! Imagine if your roof is larger! Did you also know that to keep your roofing manufacturer’s warranty in effect, inspections and routine maintenance are required, and failure to follow the conditions of their warranty could actually void it?
Kind of scary, don’t you think?
Locally owned, operated and working in your area since 1914, the professionals at Waukegan Roofing Company have the expertise to guarantee you years of problem-free roofing solutions. We are certified installers for the leading manufacturers of commercial roofing products, and all of our Service and Maintenance Agreements include performing the required inspections and repairs to keep warranties valid and up to date. With a Service and Maintenance Agreement from Waukegan Roofing, you get a dedicated service technician who gets to know you and your building. You also get pre-scheduled inspections: bi-monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual. Your service technician will call you to let you know when he will be stopping out, and he will ask if you are currently experiencing any trouble areas on your roof. If you are, we check those areas first. If not, we proceed with our standard list of services on our Service and Maintenance Agreement. We provide you with documentation at each inspection letting you know what repairs were made and where the repair was located, complete with photographs and drawings documenting the area, and if you request it, we can provide budgetary numbers for capital expenditures at the end of the year. Plus, we offer 24 hour emergency service for those customers who have a Service and Maintenance Agreement in place, so you never have to worry about what will happen in case of an emergency.
